Multi-Course Discount

You will receive a 10% discount if you sign-up for 2 or more classes at the same time. Live Webinars can be combined with On-Demand Classes. This discount cannot be used on top of other promotional code discounts.

All of our classes are offered at the intermediate level unless otherwise indicated. All classes are designed for experienced mental health professionals.

Registration Fees

Registration Time Cost Important Notes
Live Webinars $199 If payment is received 3 weeks prior to the webinar date.
Regular Registration $219 For payments received less than 3 weeks prior to the webinar date.

Refunds and Cancellations

There is a $35.00 processing fee, per webinar, for refunds requested by the Wednesday prior to the weekend of the webinar. After that time, there will be no refunds. If a course must be cancelled due to an unforeseen event (e.g., natural disaster, instructor illness), the webinar will be rescheduled. Participants will be credited to take the rescheduled course or another PPS webinar. No refunds will be given.



All webinars begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at either 4:00 p.m. (6.0 CE classes) or 5:00 p.m. (7.0 CE classes). All times are Pacific Time.

CE Credit Webinar Requirements

You must attend the entire webinar to receive CE credit. At the end of the webinar, you must log into your account at to complete a post-test, which will be made available online immediately after the webinar end time (usually 4:00 pm PT). You must receive a score of 75% or higher to pass the post-test. Most people pass on their first attempt. You have up to 3 attempts to pass the post-test. After two failed attempts you need to contact our office and we will reset your post-test for one more attempt. Once you pass the post-test, you will gain access to the online Course Evaluation. After you submit your Course Evaluation, you will then receive your online Certificate of Attendance.

Additional Information for On-Demand Classes

How It Works:

  • View the presentation. Classes are broken into small video segments of less than 30 minutes, so you can come and go as you please.
  • Take the quiz. Answer a few questions online after each segment, and grade it online when you're finished with the class.
  • If you miss a question, you will be supplied with the location on the video where the answer is provided.
  • Complete the course evaluation.
  • Print out your certificate and you're done!


What To Know About Our Classes

  • Login with your email address and password in the Online Classroom Login box. It takes you to your personal homepage of all classes you have purchased.
  • Our On-Demand classes are edited video versions of live classes. You view the presenter and the slides.
  • Our On-Demand classes are 6.0 CE Credits, with the exception of one class which is 7.0 CE Credits.
  • You have access to all handouts from the live class, which you can view, print or download.
  • There is no time limit to complete our classes.
  • The date you pass the quiz is the date on your Certificate.
  • Your certificate is immediately available to you after you pass the quiz and complete the evaluation.
  • You have ongoing access to the class, handouts, and your CE certificate. It is never removed from your account.


Test Policy

You need a score of 75% or higher to pass the quiz. Most people pass on their first attempt. You have up to 3 attempts to pass the quiz. Refund Policy

We offer a no-risk guarantee for our online courses. You can view any class for three days, and if not satisfied, contact PPS and we will refund your money in full. This refund offer does not apply if you have completed the class and passed the test.


Technical Support for On-Demand Classes

Should you have difficulty logging in or you are told there have been too many “redirects,” you need to clear your cache. Type in any browser “How to clear cache in [browser name]” and follow the instructions. This resolves over 90% of the technical issues.
