At Professional Psych Seminars, our goal is to provide outstanding customer service. To make your life easier, we have programmed our computer software to produce a Transcript Report. Any class you take from us will be on this report. If you call our office with your license expiration date, we will send you a transcript of all classes you have taken with us three months prior to your license expiration. Also, you can call our office at any time, and we will FAX or mail you this Transcript Report for any time period you request. This report can also be used to document CE activities for managed care organizations, hospitals, and employers. Below is a sample report.

Another advantage of taking most, if not all, of your classes from us, is that you will only need to send the MCEP Accrediting Agency our Transcript Report along with your $35 fee. That’s it! Normally you have to attach copies of all your Certificates of Attendance to the reporting form, but we have had our Transcript Report approved to serve as the only documentation you will need to send to the Accrediting Agency.
